CloseMyDeal, LLC is a transaction coordinator service company based in Port Townsend, Washington. We provide virtual-only services focusing on closing residential transactions online — from contract to closing. Our team coordinates with all involved parties (realtors, sellers, buyers, escrow, lenders, etc.) to close the deal on time per the closing schedule.
We offer transaction management services nationwide. At this time, we are focusing primarily on residential transactions. Our clients include real estate professionals: agents, brokers, attorneys, investors, and For Sale by Owner (FSBO) sellers.
Our Story
Founding Partner
We are a team of formerly licensed real estate professionals with over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate and mortgage lending industries. In 2009, we started e-Realty Processing, LLC, offering transaction management services specializing in short sales. Today, we are CloseMyDeal, LLC with the same management and professionals who have worked hard to become “part of your team!”
